Charanpal spearheaded the development of international collaborations at UPES, formulating policies and SOPs for global exchange programs. DevOps Bootcamp – UPES & INT Israel (2023)

Charanpal led a collaborative effort between UPES and INT Israel to organize a DevOps bootcamp. He managed the entire process, from initiating the relationship to hosting the event, which included both online and offline modules. At Charles Darwin University, Charanpal managed the digitization of employee records, transitioning from physical files to an e-system using RM-8 and Alesco systems. His work streamlined data management processes and ensured compliance with modern record-keeping standards.
