Charanpal spearheaded the development of international collaborations at UPES, formulating policies and SOPs for global exchange programs. His efforts led to significant student mobility through articulation and progression agreements with prestigious institutions such as NTU (UK) and UQ (Australia). This initiative resulted in the successful execution of the university’s first-ever articulation program.

International Relations & Policy Development – UPES (2020-2023)

Building Reports for the Institution Innovation Council (IIC) – UPES (2023)

Charanpal prepared detailed reports and documentation to submit to the IIC, Ministry of Education, on behalf of the UPES Council for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. His work highlighted innovation activities, meetings, and plans for future initiatives, securing a 4-star rating and recognition as a mentor and innovation manager.

World Entrepreneurs’ Day – UPES (2023-2024)

As a key organizer of World Entrepreneurs’ Day at UPES, Charanpal prepared startups to pitch their ideas to investors. This event fostered new funding opportunities and strengthened the relationship between the university, investors, and innovators, contributing to the regional startup ecosystem’s growth.

DevOps Bootcamp – UPES & INT Israel (2023)

Charanpal led a collaborative effort between UPES and INT Israel to organize a DevOps bootcamp. He managed the entire process, from initiating the relationship to hosting the event, which included both online and offline modules. This collaboration resulted in two new projects and enhanced placements for students in the technology sector.

SDG Masterclasses in Government Schools (2024)

Charanpal delivered Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) masterclasses in government schools, raising awareness among students about global sustainability challenges. His efforts inspired increased student participation in social responsibility initiatives aimed at improving their communities and environment.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Masterclasses in Government Schools (2024)

Charanpal designed and conducted masterclasses on entrepreneurship and innovation for students in government schools, fostering creativity and innovation at the grassroots level. This initiative led to the development of numerous innovative ideas and prototypes from students, contributing to a culture of innovation in the region.

Employee Record Archiving & Digitization – Charles Darwin University (2016)

At Charles Darwin University, Charanpal managed the digitization of employee records, transitioning from physical files to an e-system using RM-8 and Alesco systems. His work streamlined data management processes and ensured compliance with modern record-keeping standards.

International Co-Teaching Initiative – UPES (2021-2023)

Charanpal facilitated co-teaching projects between Indian and international universities, coordinating internal processes, student certifications, and faculty involvement. This initiative opened new revenue streams and enhanced global learning opportunities for students.

Policy Making – International Relations at UPES (2022)
